Incoming Inspection

Process Inspection

Ensure product quality in accordance with IEC standards and customer requirements.
Quality Engineer
The quality engineer promptly releases production technical information, supervises its implementation, evaluates, and improves product quality.
Shipment Inspection
Responsible for conducting the final quality inspection of products before shipment and ensuring that the quality of the shipped products meets customer requirements.
Measuring Room
Verify the quantity, weight, and other relevant quality assessment data of the product.
Quality Policy
Yi High-Tech adheres to serving customers with high-quality products and boasts a comprehensive testing system. The company has imported a batch of advanced testing equipment, conducting as many as 20 testing projects on battery safety and reliability. These tests cover 12 aspects and aspects, including puncture, crushing, dropping, impact, high and low temperatures, and overcharging, to comprehensively evaluate battery safety. Each production line is monitored by at least three quality inspectors, who professionally control the process according to strict quality management procedures. Through various means such as incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), outgoing quality control (OQC), battery reliability and safety performance testing, customer service, quality engineering, instrument calibration, and system management, the company ensures battery quality and provides customers with safe and reliable products. Through continuous efforts, the company has obtained ISO9001:2000 certification, CE certification, and UL certification, and consistently adheres to strict standards.
